    This article is part of a much broader study of persuasive techniques in television news in Iran. As a very important part of IRIB news IRINN has been chosen for this study. If we assume that one of the most influential television news, the power of persuasion to influence the audience is very important. It seemed that choosing the highest hypothetical level of news and deconstructing it would shed light on all other levels including those lowest levels of news production and dissemination. In this study the method of qualitative content analysis is done, about fifty categories and sub-categories had been found. This paper focuses on a topic that is related to one of the disputed areas in Iran News. The prominence based news in Iran is one of the challenging areas in the population and in this article we tried to answer it from a persuasive point of view. Discovering the categories and sub-categories, regarding to prominence-based structure of the TV news showed that the TV of Iran don’t tend to use the prominence-based structure for persuading audience.

    The purpose of the present research was to study the effect of cooperative methodology on the social skill development of the primary students. The methodology was quasi-experimental, with pre-test, post-test, and control group. The population of the research was all 486 ‘Laleh’ primary school male students in the year of 2009-2010, among whom, 61 four-grade participants were finally chosen. They were randomly assigned into two groups (30 students in the experimental and 31 in the control groups). The data were collected via researcher-made questionnaire. Having been collected, the data were analyzed via a T-Test so that the means of the two groups in the pre-test and post-test could be compared. The results illustrated that the cooperative methodology had an effect on students’ social skill development including respecting others, respecting rules and regulations, and thinking critically.

    The production, distribution, and consumption of information are the most important development indices of any nation. Plenty of opportunities were created by e-learning which have overall paved the grounds for and enriched the presentation of learning materials through advanced audiovisual educational facilities. Such learning environments are by and large flexible and provide more appropriate learning opportunities for those who, due to their work commitments and/or personal reasons, are unable to attend actual classes. Taking advantage of the capabilities of technological tools such as the Internet and other educational software, the learners can now be benefited from more standard virtual e-learning environments. Mobile learning is a branch of e-learning which provides education through wireless and computerized media. The present article is an attempt to have a closer look at e-learning and mobile education and to examine its mutual relationship with mobile learning. The main question of this study is, however, to enhance education through mobile learning. To provide a plausible answer to this question, students at the Islamic Azad University, Electronic Branchwere asked for their attitude towards the possible role of e-learning infrastructures on the development of mobile learning and education. Descriptive method of research was utilized for the purpose of this study. The results obtained from the correlation analyses revealed a statistically significant relationship between electronic education infrastructures and enhancement of education and mobile learning.

    Literature and culture are two inseparable issues. When we talk about the culture, the literature can also appear unconsciously, because the culture is composed of thoughts, feelings and emotions and the styles and personal ways of society, which as a general rule, can appear in terms of principles and respectful rules. The literature on the other hand, discloses and transmits these concepts to other generations and these relationships exist from the beginning of history until now. According to above mentioned issue, the aim of this article is to define some concepts of culture and literature and as well as the relationship between these two components in the life of human beings.

    The use of social network sites (SNSs) has been booming in the world and it represents the new way of social interactions. The reports of problematic forms of Internet usage brought attention to this issue. Current study examines the correlation between subscales of identity styles and social skills with problematic internet use among Facebook users. Furthermore, this study aimed to find the predictors of PIU. Data were collected from 132 students of Islamic Azad University, UAE branch, aged 18-40 years old (M= 24.64, SD = 4.909) who were active in Facebook. The result has indicated that there was a significant negative correlation between the total score of problematic internet use with emotional sensitivity, social sensitivity, informational identity, normative identity and commitment. On the other hand, it had a significant positive correlation with social expressivity and diffusion/avoidant identity. Furthermore, Commitment, social expressivity (SE), emotion sensitivity (ES), social sensitivity (SS) as predictor variables accounted for 28% of variance of problematic internet use. These findings show the impact of different dimensions of identity and social skills in problematic internet use.

    one of the most difficult and the most common behavioral problems in people with mental retardation, from mild to severe, That adversely affect interpersonal behavior and unpleasant effect on people's moods and mental self. Social skills is a process that individuals understand and predict the behavior of others and also control their behavior and regulate social interactions.Quasi-experimental research method was used that according to the technical data required is collected questionnaires. The population of the educable mentally retarded boys were 14 to 20 years in Tabriz, the sample size is 30. As well as sampling is done randomly and the individual is the unit of analysis. After processing the data and information through descriptive and inferential levels, according to relevant statistics have been analyzed. The findings suggest that theory of mind is significantly correlated with social skills and among the aspects of theory of mind and social skills are as follows. Theory of mind for the first level of general self-help, communication skills, and socialization has a significant relationship But there is no significant correlation with motor skills and leadership. Theory mind for second Level has a significant relationship with Communication and socialization skills. However, with self-help, motor skills and leadership has no significant relationship. And third-level theory of mind with General self-help, motor skills, leadership, communication and socialization skills, has no significant relationship.

    The subject of self-esteem and self valuably is one of the most basic factors in Childs and adults favorable character growth. Having animus and confidence, decision making power and invention, creativity, think health and mental hygiene have direct relationship with the rate and manner of self-esteem and individual's self-valuable feeling. Today in correction and treatment of adults and Childs characteristic and behavioral disorders such as timidity and withdrawal, pertinacity and aggression, laziness and slow-footedness are considered as the first or the most important step in evaluation and nurture of self-confidence feeling, self-esteem reinforcement and their social and individual skills (Afrooz 1382-2003- Biabangard quotes 1382-2003-p 7). One of the important social and individual skills in adults is sense of responsibility. Being inattention to the growth of students' responsibility in educational system leads to form such a human which is possible to have different specialty in various fields. But there is no commitment towards their congener in society. (Sobhani nejad 1379-2000 p 4). Robert Koulez believes that adults learn responsibility from their parents, schools and social environment and living environment. In an investigation of traditional educational system, we will find that in that situation, enough role was not considered for presence of students. But in new approaches of education system there is a belief that it is impossible to make future and lighten tomorrow without intimate hands and line and coordinator steps. A researcher follows to investigate the role of students' duty council in their learning improvement in guidance school. It is hoped that by gaining scientific findings in this field and offering it to practitioners of education system of country, a positive step is gone towards education process reforming and improvement of students' partnership culture. Undoubtedly, next steps and research styles will complete it.
